BIO | Leen Fleuriot

Leen is an analog black-and-white photographer based in Treehouse, NDSM (Amsterdam). She works intuitively and develops her images herself in the darkroom, where the creative process is at least as important as the result. Her photography arises from an open, investigative attitude, without a predetermined outcome.

In her work, she explores themes such as freedom, vulnerability, and the right to be yourself. She shows fragments and deliberately leaves parts invisible, creating space for tension, interpretation, and recognition. Her images are about being seen without judgment and about allowing experiences that often remain unspoken.

With her photography, Leen invites the viewer to slow down, reconsider the familiar, and add their own memories and meaning.
